(Drive-in's were not built in the age of large trucks and suv's. We are not responsible for Inconsiderate or self centered people. Every one must play nice.) If you leave the theatre, YOU MUST PAY TO RE-ENTER. You MUST be in control of your Vehicle lights. If you cannot extinguish the light, you must cover it. Lift gates & doors CAN NOT BE RAISED higher than the top clearance. Do Not Place Anything on top of your vehicle INCLUDING People. Each vehicle is entitled to one space. Please park CLOSE enough to each other to allow for another vehicle. Be CONSIDERATE of the folks around you. Do NOT raise voices, radios, or noises loud enough to disturb other patrons. SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES BY ALL PERSONS. NO EXCEPTIONS. CARBON MONOXIDE is POISON. Do NOT leave your car engine running. No Smoking in or within 15 Feet of the building. Smokers, Please have common courtesy for all patrons. Beware of your smoke troubling others. All pets must be on a short leash (6' or less, no retractable leashes) at all times. All patrons with dogs MUST carry either a pooper scooper, or plastic bags and pick up after the dog, AND dispose of the waste properly. PETS CANNOT COME INTO THE CONCESSION STAND OR BATHROOMS! Patrons with pets must insure the safety and quiet enjoyment of others attending the show, and assume all responsibility for the actions of their pets. Any action of the pet, or pet owner that is irresponsible or causes an injury or a problem for the management or other patrons will be asked to leave without a refund, and will be held fully accountable and financially responsible for the actions of themselves and their pet. Drive slowly & carefully; there are children about. Please be neat. Place your trash either in the garbage cans at the snack bar or at the very least in a bag. We have a no shoes, no shirt, no service policy in our snackbar. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. If your child is doing something he/she shouldn't be, you may be asked to leave. Those who tamper with or destroy property will be asked to leave immediately and face possible prosecution. No alcohol is sold on the premises; which includes our grounds. Should a situation occur and we find somebody has violated a rule or policy and becomes unruly, due to intoxication, we will contact the local police department to escort the person from the premises. Using drugs for illicit purposes is prohibited on Drive-In property. Fireworks (including Sparklers) are never allowed at the Drive-In. To all who bring in outside food and beverages: we rely on concession sales to keep the drive in open. Act like a responsible adult. Hold on to your admission receipt at all times during your visit to the drive-in. If you are unable to provide your admission receipt when requested, you will be required to leave the drive-in immediately with no refund. Due to safety, do not leave children unattended.
